With the introduction of the new NHS contract in April 2006 the requirements for national health treatments changed completely, however the Bridge-IT NHS module enables you to plan and administer NHS treatments quickly and efficiently. The module is fully approved by the DPB and uses the latest webEDI technology to transmit your claims over the internet, free of charge to the DPB. All you require is a broadband connection set up at your practice.

When setting up treatments, you can specify whether or not they can be used as NHS treatments and which charge band they fall into. This means that, when planning a patient's course of treatment, Bridge-IT can calculate the appropriate charge band automatically. As a result, most claims can be completed with just two clicks of the mouse button!

The Bridge-IT NHS module is fully DPB approved and gives you access to the following features:

Prints FP17 claim form (if required)
Web based EDI file transfer

The Bridge-IT EDI interface means that you don't have to pay to belong to a special network for transferring data to the DPB, but instead can use new web based technology to send your claims free of charge over the internet.
