Installation and Training (per day)
Can normally be achieved within one day, however with large numbers
of staff it is recommended to split the training over two days.
Please note there is an additional charge of £25 for every 50 miles
beyond the first 150. |

| Support and Maintenance |
|
| Support is charged on a tiered basis depending on
the number of licenses installed at the practice. It includes telephone
and e-mail support for handling any queries from your staff, remote
desktop support so we can literally take control of your computer to
help you out with a problem,
and also includes updates to the software as and when they become
available. Updates are issued to correct software bugs and add
additional functionality. The support contract also includes the
provision of a site visit by our staff if for any reason your problem
cannot be rectified remotely. |

Upgrading to the
Standard or Professional Editions |
| Calculating how much it will cost to upgrade to the
Standard or
Professional Edition from the Startup Edition could
not be easier. You simply pay the price difference between the
version you are upgrading from and the version you are upgrading to. |

you there are NO hidden costs involved, we simply take the
amount you would have paid, and divide that amount over the
specified time period you have chosen.
